Uzunköprü Municipality Administration (Lead Partner – Türkiye): As the lead partner of the project, Uzunköprü Municipality leverages its local government experience to provide overall coordination on climate change adaptation. Within the project, it will develop the city’s first Climate Neutral Urban Mobility Plan, aiming to reduce carbon emissions.

GREECE

ANATOLIKI S.A. ORGANISATION FOR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT (Project Partner – Greece): ANATOLIKI S.A., a project partner from Greece, is an organization specializing in regional development planning and sustainable initiatives. Its key role in the project is to transfer strategic planning knowledge to other partners and to work on a plan to reduce the carbon footprint of the Municipality of Kalamaria’s waste management system.

BULGARIA

District Government Burgas (Project Partner – Bulgaria): As a regional public authority from Bulgaria, the District Government of Burgas facilitates inter-municipal coordination and ensures a unified approach to climate change adaptation. Within the project, it will prepare a 10-year Energy Efficiency Programme for the Burgas region to showcase sustainable energy practices.

ASSOCIATION BIONETWORK (BIONET) (Project Partner – Bulgaria): BIONET, a non-governmental organization from Bulgaria, specializes in public engagement and environmental protection. Its role in the project is to develop a Sustainable Urban Mobility framework for the Municipality of Byala that promotes nature-friendly transport and to ensure community participation
